The San Diego Burning Man Film Festival screens on Saturday, March 10th, 2012, at the Center for Amusing Arts and Technomania Circus’s new Victory Theater Venue. The collection of shorts and feature length films about the annual arts festival in the Nevada desert will show from 11:00 AM through 11:00 PM, with an after party to follow from midnight on. Artisans and performance artists who have attended or been inspired by Burning Man will participate in both the festival and the after party.
The Film Festival will feature films made by members of the worldwide Burning Man community. These films show the art, the wacky costumes, the fun and challenges of living and playing at Burning Man. The film festival will also show how Burners take their shared values home with them at the end of the week long festival, supporting interactive art year round through the Black Rock Arts Foundation and helping others in need through Burners Without Borders and Black Rock Solar.

The Encinitas Market, a new underground market with a hand-made focus, is teaming up with the Seaside Bazaar, a well established weekly Bazaar in the funky beach town of Encinitas, to bring you Bizarre meets Bazaar Holiday Market December 17th & 18th 9am – 4pm. This exciting event will feature fabulous free live music, and all sorts of unique shopping opportunities for the holidays. We invite you to join us for the day, enjoy the music, sip a cup of joe, and peruse the treasures you’re sure to find here for this special event!
